A rich, spicy southern French red from Le Grand Noir. A delicious combination of New World style with French grapes.
Under Amélie d’Hurlaborde's lead, with support from her husband Jérôme and brother Sébastien, Mas d’Amile stands as a testament to meticulous, hands-on winemaking in one of France’s most dynamic wine regions - the Languedoc. Initially conceived as a rosé, Amélie took a creative turn to craft this lighter, more sophisticated red. Featuring Grenache and Syrah from elevated limestone-rich parcels and Carignan for depth and acidity, Le Petitou encapsulates the essence of its Mediterranean roots with fresh raspberry, liquorice and tapenade aromatics, all within a refined, tension-rich profile.
A wonderfully soft, juicy Malbec made from vineyards surrounding the sun soaked city of Carcassonne.
A deliciously juicy, fragrant Pinot Noir sourced from cool vineyards in the South of France. Made using a very Burgundian whole-bunch technique, retaining the freshness and fruitiness of the variety.
Domaine Dupeuble has once again produced one of the best value Beaujolais we've ever tasted. It's sourced from 50 to 100 year old vines, with the same approach of tiny yields, strict fruit selection and natural winemaking of the best Burgundy estates. Vines are tended on granite soils - like the Crus to the North - without the use of intensive chemicals. In return it offers beautifully silky tannins and unparalleled concentration, depth and intensity of dark berry fruit. This wine is made to drink young. To best capture its raspberry fruit aromas, serve it lightly chilled in a large Burgundy glass, and partner with saucisson. It also pairs particularly well with “quelle surprise” – Lyonnais cuisine such as coq au vin, and is also really enjoyable with North African dishes such as an aubergine and courgette tagine.
Made from Chianti Classico fruit, but labelled as plain Sangiovese; this is exceptional quality for the money.

An absolutely classic Reserva Rioja by one of the most reliable and longest-established producers, this is a wonderful wine to drink on release or to lay down.
To the north of Montpellier, in the foothills of the Cevennes Mountains, with some of the highest altitude vineyards in the Languedoc is the Terrasses du Larzac AOC. This fledgling appellation, created in 2005, is strictly reserved to red wines, where Southern French staples Mourvèdre, Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault & Carignan are grown to produce deep coloured, full bodied, fruit forward wines. Mas des Brousses's expression is unique and not quite like any other we've tried. A perfect balance between Mediterranean warmth with the freshness of Larzac makes for a wonderful Autumnal wine.
This elegant rosé is a vibrant blend of Grenache, Cabernet, Cinsault, and Syrah from the heart of Provence. Expect notes of delicate red berries and citrus, seasoned with a sprinkling of signature Provençal minerality. Tailor-made for sunny salads and sizzling grills. Crafted by the dedicated de la Perrière family at Domaine Sainte Philomène, it's a refreshing taste of the Mediterranean — fresh, elegant, and perfect for toasting to the simple pleasures in life.
In a region dominated by rosés, this special white blend from Domaine Sainte Philomène is a delightful departure from the norm. Made from 80% Vermentino and 20% Ugni Blanc, expect a clean-and-lean profile that's characteristic of Vermentino, but with a twist: an exotic burst of tropical fruits like mango and papaya, tempered by a zesty finish from the Ugni Blanc. This wine, crafted by head winemaker Geoffroy de la Perrière, embodies a fresh, modern vision while still respecting the deep-rooted legacy of this ancient Provençal estate. While it pairs well with a variety of dishes, its light oiliness and hint of tropical fruit make it particularly suited for grilled prawns with a mango salsa or a citrusy, herb-marinated chicken breast. A refreshing testament to the untapped potential of Provence's white wines.
